Important Notice concerning the impending vacancy

Brian Hilsley will officially retire on 7th December 2020, but with accrued holidays to be taken, his final working day will be 31st October 2020. The Presbytery proposes to appoint Reverend Ruth D. Halley, Minister of the Church of Scotland to serve as Interim Moderator during the vacancy. The notice which can be accessed via the link above asks that anyone objecting to Ruth Halley’s appointment registers written objection with the Presbytery Clerk no later than Sunday 6th September 2020.
